Thermco Systems manufactures high quality furnace systems for the Photovoltaic, Semiconductor and MEM's industries.
The Thermco 5200PV photovoltaic production furnace system is specifically designed for photovoltaic applications where process performance, maintainability, reliability, high throughput and cost of ownership are at the heart of the design concept. It is capable of processing both 125mm x 125mm and 156mm x 156mm substrates with full cassette to cassette automation and back to back wafer processing available as options.
Thermco has conducted extensive process design of experiment (DOE) to make the process targeting predictable and repeatable. The TMXpc control system provides high reliability and repeatability, making process calibration fast and secure. Statistical Process Control (SPC) software can automatically track any unexpected deviation from target. The following processes are fully characterised and guaranteed with throughput typically >1200WPH on N-type and P-type doping.

HUBER+SUHNER offers a wide range of tailor-made connectivity systems for solar module manufacturers. These consist of pre-fabricated junction boxes with cables and connectors which are fixed to the rear side of the modules and connect them to the inverter.
New junction boxes for solar connections
Solar boxes HA3 and RH3 have been developed especially for high-performance modules; both have also a TÜV approval. Thanks to thermal insulation between the junction boxes and the modules, constant high power is guaranteed. The junction boxes are characterised by a high degree of functional safety over their entire lifetime, as well as by extremely low power dissipation. They are designed for both manual and automated production and optimised in accordance with customers' requirements.
The RH3 box is designed in an extremely space-saving way; the contacts can be soldered or welded, guaranteeing high connectivity quality.
In addition, the HA3 box is equipped with brackets to accommodate the connectors. This simplifies transportation and logistics considerably. The HA3 connection system has

already been certified in accordance to "UL 1703. Additional boxes are currently undergoing the UL certification process. The dual rating of the connectivity systems makes it possible to use the same boxes in the American, European, and Asian market.
HF0/HF1 box and HO1 box for thin-film modules
The HF0/HF1 box and the HO1 box that is currently still at the development stage, are designed especially for use on thin-film modules. Both boxes are extremely small and space-saving due to their compact and robust construction. Yet they meet the requirements of the relevant standards, in particular those regarding heat conduction in ‘reverse mode'.
Grouting provides both the module and the box with effective protection, ensuring trouble-free operation throughout the entire lifetime of installations. All RADOX solar connectivity systems offer the renowned and long-established properties of HUBER+SUHNER solar products.
