Single -Opening Lamination Lines

Bürkle started in 2005 with their research and development team to examine the process as well as the materials used during the lamination process. All the experience and know-how existed to build Lamination Lines for the solar module encapsulation due to the experience in building lamination lines for other industries.

Besides the Multi-Opening Lamination Line "Ypsator" Bürkle offers Single-Opening Lamination Lines "e.a.sy-Lam" for the Photovoltaic Industry. Since the market launch nearly 20 lines of the e.a.sy-Lam have been supplied to solar module manufacturers. Depending on the customer needs, Bürkle can offer machine concepts to meet the various requirements for the production of crystalline cell and thin film modules.
