orth East Lincolnshire Council, working in partnership with ENGIE, manages a portfolio of business centres in North East Lincolnshire including small workshops, light industrial units and high quality office suites – all with 24 hour access, seven days a week.

• South Quay Business Units At Europarc Business Park in Europe’s Food Town, Grimsby, is two flagship Business Centres the Innovation Centre and the Humber Seafood Institute (HSI). Both are only three miles from Grimsby Town Centre and close to the port of Grimsby and Immingham which is the UK’s largest port by tonnage handling around 12 per cent of the UK’s cargo.
The Innovation Centre has been at the Innovation Centre
heart of Europarc since it opened in 1998 supporting new, fledgling and innovative businesses to establish and grow. Numerous businesses from various sectors

The reception area operates during standard office hours providing a friendly and professional service to both clients and visitors. The current occupants have all benefitted from improvements to the IT network with each office now receiving a dedicated high speed broadband of up to 500mbps.
Opposite the Innovation Centre is the HSI, a state of the art industry specific research and development facility. The HSI supports product innovations and business development in the seafood, food and agriculture sectors.

The office suite offers excellent facilities and business support services to those in the sector including the Seafish technical division, Scratch Meals, Joseph Robertson (Aberdeen) Ltd Centre for Innovation, Maris Seafoods and the recent addition of the National Aquaculture Centre.
Both the Innovation Centre and the Humber Seafood Institute have hosted a number of high profile business events including the Global Bio Transfer Foundation. This demonstrates the quality of the conference and meeting facilities on offer at Europarc.
