aking care of business is all in a day’s work for East Riding of Yorkshire Council’s business centres. Located in Bridlington, Driffield,
Beverley, Goole, Market Weighton, Brough and Hessle, the centres provide a one-stop- shop for both start-up and established businesses.
The centres offer a wide range of
services, including: • office space to let on easy-in and easy- out terms
• conference facilities • tailored support for your company development plans
• guidance with business planning and marketing
• information about tax, national insurance & VAT
• information and support in applying for potential funding
• networking opportunities and collaboration with like minded people.
The business centres have a number of different size office and workshop spaces
available to let and can be accessed 24- hours-a-day, seven-days-a-week. Each centre has its own pro-active team on site, including experienced business advisers and a professional front-of-house team, to support tenants, as well as the business community.
The council's newest development, ergo,
opened its doors in early 2018 with a launch event during Humber Business Week. Situated in a prime location on the Bridgehead Business Park, in Hessle, the £4 million development is aimed at the growing renewable energy and environmental technology sectors. Operated by East Riding of Yorkshire Council, in partnership with the University of Hull, ergo provides flexible modern office space and conference facilities with on-site parking. FUTURE PROOF TECHNOLOGIES FOR HULL’S £42M REGENERATION PROJECT R
esidents of HU1 at Essex House are enjoying the region’s fastest fibre broadband, thanks to Pure Broadband and Iguana Developments. The flagship project for Pure Broadband has an exclusive fibre line plugged directly into each and every apartment and does not share bandwidth with other properties in the area.
