hase two of Chancerygate Business Centre, a multi-million-pound
speculative business centre development in Milton Keynes, has been completed, with 55% of the space already under offer, property consultancy Kirkby Diamond has announced. Chancerygate, working with joint letting agents Kirkby Diamond and Louch Shacklock, handed over units to four tenants, including Integral Powertrain Limited and beauty supplier specialist Izabelle Hammon, on the day of practical completion.
Nick Bosworth, surveyor at Kirkby Diamond’s Milton Keynes office, was appointed by Milton Keynes Development Partnership (MKDP) to attract new occupiers with a focus on community activities to the facility in Elder Gate. Romeo Dance Academy, which has
