WILL CLEMENT, SY BOSUN Pendennis Shipyard Falmouth. They have a building for crews to eat together, play pool, organise events. Everyone in the yard is super friendly and more importantly very experienced and professional, and Falmouth is just awesome.

SPINY DOGFISH The spiny dogfish, spurdog, mud shark, or piked dogfish
is one of the best known species of the dogfish family of sharks. It is found mostly in shallow waters and further offshore in most parts of the world, especially in temperate waters including the Mediterranean. Growing to around 45cm, it might be small but is a mighty predator. It was placed on the Critically Endangered Species list in 2016.

STEPHEN EDWARDS, SY CAPTAIN I look for somewhere that has a decent gym and social club/bar. Rybovich’s motto says it all - Refit, Refuel, Relax... works for both the crew and the boat as it’s all there in one place. Super efficient, great staff and an all round decent facility.
KARL GILES, MATE/ENGINEER Usually a good gym, good local contractors, trouble free customs on parts, reliable shore power, secure facilities, and good access to a major airport. Not too much to ask for really, but you’d be surprised what some yards offer, or don’t offer!

JOSH RIVAIT, DECK CREW Rybovich - it’s basically a country club for yachties. Nice restaurant and bar with sushi bar called M/Y Cafe. Awesome pool and bbq area. Games room. Nice crew lounge, a gym. Theres enough room for 100 boats, so no shortage of friends.
