As the UK entered the autumn months, Young Plant Sales, a Molson Group company, opened a new Inverness depot to better serve customers in the northern areas of Scotland. The new premises opened for business on October 5 and will be used to build on the coverage provided by the long- established base in Doune, Stirlingshire. The depot’s strategic base will also off er customers across north of Scotland with local sales, parts and service facilities from one of the country’s long-standing Plant Equipment Sales businesses. The Inverness facility is stocked with all the machines and parts from the ever- growing Young Plant Sales product range, including market leading brands such as Kubota, Thwaites and Bomag, as well as recent additions to the range including Kobelco, Sennebogen, TrommALL and Terex Ecotec. Young Plant Sales have been trading since 1978, but since the company’s acquisition by Molson Group in 2016, there have been plans for signifi cant growth both in product range and additional depots.
