WASTE RECYCLING Recycle Direct announce cutting edge range of balers

PORT Talbot-based Recycle Direct’s award-winning BM60 Baler does things a little diff erently. If a business is investing in a baling system, it is required to be a robust machine that allows for the growth of the fi rm. The BM60 is one of kind, with the ability to grow with the business. The BM range removes the need to purchase a new machine each time capacity increases. The Recycle Direct BM60 innovatively uses a ‘bolt-on’ system to increase the capacity and performance, allowing users the same machine to modularly increase throughput while improving effi ciency and reducing costs and downtime. Designed and manufactured in South Wales by Recycle Direct, the new range of balers is an addition to their variety of recycling systems, and is supported by a highly-skilled UK-wide service team. The BM60 can easily process a variety of materials – from paper and plastics through to RDF – with a capacity of fi ve to 16 tonnes per hour, growing to 26 tonnes per hour with the larger versions; all of course dependent on confi guration and the feeding of material. The BM60 base model weighs 23
