LIFE OF A DAY IN THE JON McCULLOCH SALES DIRECTOR FOR CIIM GROUP AT SURE

I reach the office at about 8:30a.m. and will have already checked my appointments and e-mails over my morning coffee, prior to leaving home, so I am clear on what I have in the diary for the day and what I have to prioritise.

I always take time to exchange pleasantries with my team and other colleagues in the morning, we’re a close knit team and we all enjoy a bit of a chat first thing.

I also take part in internal and external projects and initiatives, work closely with my Sales and Service Management teams to ensure we are delivering against our customer requirements and key business objectives, or fulfil my management responsibilities to my direct reports.

Sometimes I’ll have lunch with a client or a colleague but most of the time, I eat lunch at my desk which is not ideal I know, but is essential in such a busy day- to-day environment.

In the afternoon, its much of the same, I could have more client
