When the request came to facilitate a big Dutch TV show it was music to Carlo’s ears; by now the company was a worldwide supplier of lighting shows with the drive for technological innovation promising even more exciting things to come. into the mix. Soon Lago’s very own in house developed game technology was being used on national and international TV shows including ‘The Voice’ and ‘Who Wants to be a Millionaire’. Firmly established in the world of TV and live entertainment, the transition into theme parks was, says CEO Mark Beumers, a natural one; “without even realising it Lago had been active in the amusements industry from the very beginning and we only had to change partially to provide new experiences at theme parks.” Its first theme park project came in

can be applied to just about any type of attraction – “not just Dark Rides,” says Mark. From customised interactive experiences for museums, theme parks, zoos, shopping centres and experience centres to complete turnkey solutions for Dark Rides and outdoor rides, fun and immersive experiences are, and always have been, order of the day.
