system-driven jackpots, dedicated bonusses and bonus games, loyalty points, vouchers, free play and the like.

The technology must feel effortless for players and frictionless for staff — and that’s where we’re putting our focus; our drPlayerApp and drStaffApp talk to this point 100%.

Casino International: How are CMS platforms evolving to accommodate cashless gaming? Marco Herrera: What was once a trend is now the baseline. At DRGT, we’ve developed systems that support a wide range of cashless technologies — NFC, QR code wallets, and enhanced TITO among them. Our mission is to make cashless seamless and secure, while giving operators the ability to manage these systems centrally, in real time. It’s been one of our key driving forces since inception and remains core to our offering. Cashless gaming drives player tracking, which in turn allows operators to understand their players better and then reward them appropriately for their patronage via our

At DRGT, we’re leveraging AI to unlock real-time insights into player behaviour. This allows for hyper-personalized engagement — whether it’s the aforementioned tailored  like our drFloorManager.

We’re also using AI on the operations side via our drAnalytics reporting tool — to predict   gameplay that could point to fraud or malfunctions.

CI: Are responsible gaming tools now standard in most CMS platforms? MH: Without question. In fact, responsible gaming should be a core design principle — not a feature add-on. DRGT’s CMS includes  capabilities, and alert systems that help both players and operators monitor behaviour in real time.

And as jurisdictions increase their focus on harm minimization, the ability to demonstrate real-time tracking and intervention will be vital.

players can now manage accounts, track loyalty points, and transact cashless directly from their smartphones.

On the back end, operators now have access to fully customizable reporting dashboards (through our drAnalytics BI tool), allowing them to focus on the metrics that matter most to their business.
