Focus on Print & Cut
The most productive roll-to-roll LED printer in the market
Durst’s high-performance hybrid printing system, the Durst P5 350 HS, is joined by its ultra-fast counterpart for roll-to-roll applications, the P5 350 HSR. After the successful launch at FESPA 2023 in Munich, Germany, and various installations worldwide, the printing system is now accessible for live demonstration in the Customer Experience Center in Durst headquarters in Brixen, Italy.
The P5 350 HSR attains printing speeds of up to 842sq m/h and stands out as the most productive roll-to-roll LED printer while ensuring high print quality. This system embodies fl exibility and versatility, offering the choice of being equipped as D4 with double CMYK.
The printing system is adaptable with an optional Master Roll Tool capable of handling rolls weighing up to 1,000kg and 635mm in diameter, facilitating extended production cycles without disruptions.
For the printing of mesh and perforated material, the P5 350 HSR provides ink dust-free processing through its integrated Mesh Printing System. The solution, manageable by one single operator, is designed for fast material change and thus reduces setup time.
The printer can be equipped with a cutting system, confi gurable with vertical slitters and a horizontal cutter. This enables continuous production without printing interruption.
