The second ever WrapFest will take place at Silverstone racing circuit on October 3 and 4. Duncan MacOwan, head of events and marketing at FESPA, outlines why readers of Sign Update should attend this exciting event in the industry calendar.

uncan begins by explaining that WrapFest holds a unique place in the
industry calendar, for it is the only dedicated event for vinyl installation and vehicle wrapping professionals in the UK. “Following a highly successful
inaugural event in spring 2023, the exhibition will once again bring together the entire European vehicle wrapping industry to showcase the latest innovations,” he adds. The two-day event was established in
response to the global vehicle wrapping industry's remarkable growth, with the market projected to reach new heights

in the coming years. According to Straits Research, the market for automotive wrap films is set to exceed $25 billion by 2030, with Europe being a key region for industry growth. “WrapFest 2024 will reflect this growth, by showcasing the latest innovations, trends, and technologies propelling this niche industry forward,” explains Duncan.
Looking to diversify? WrapFest is aimed at a diverse range of professionals within vehicle wrapping, livery and fleet graphics, car detailing, sign making, printing, paint protection, window tinting services and racing teams. “It is not only for those who are already
invested in this community, but also for those looking to diversify or grow new areas of their business,” says Duncan. WrapFest provides the ultimate event
for businesses to invest time in learning about the latest products and innovations, first hand demonstrations and training on applications for both architectural, window and vehicle vinyl and film. “It is an open-ended source for knowledge and opportunities to test skills and develop new ones,” adds Duncan.
