Yours Clothing revolutionises its storefronts with digital signage
T
he fashion retailer, Yours Clothing, has partnered with AnyPlace Media
Group to enhance its customer engagement with the installation of retail digital signage in its storefronts.
Backlit posterboards in the retail outlets display windows have been replaced with either 65in or 75in high bright digital screens, ensuring maximum visual impact, made to withstand direct sunlight and showcase messaging around the clock. A sophisticated content management platform will be included to accompany the digital displays. The platform
provides complete control over digital communications, enabling Yours Clothing’s marketing team to update and tailor messaging to reflect the most current campaigns with ease and precision.
Karen Bradbury, VM manager at Yours Clothing, said: “The introduction of digital screens is a real step change for the Yours Clothing brand, giving us the opportunity to showcase video assets from our fashion shoots to really bring our clothes to life.
“We have full control over video content, allowing us to deliver timely, market-relevant, strategic campaigns. Having the team at AnyPlace Media
guide us through this process, advising us on the best solutions has made this project a positive experience.” To date, 18 installations have been completed, with plans to continue the rollout throughout 2024.
A Yours Clothing storefront HP Latex print technology drives business growth at OPG N
ational fleet vehicle graphics specialist OPG has praised the impact HP Latex printing technology has had on its business, revealing how it has allowed the company to move into new markets and enhance its sustainable strategy. In a recent project with a leading UK supermarket chain, OPG used its HP Latex printers to create 30,000m of vehicle graphics on recyclable materials. After the graphics have reached their end of life, they will be removed and recycled.
Tristan Harrold, technical and operations director, said: “It is a front door to back door recycling process. We recycled all the manufacturing and
application waste, and also plan to recycle the end-of-life waste. “We wanted to do it all ourselves to show customers what we can offer in addition to our print side.
“Any job we take on is printed on a material that can be recycled. Around
90% of what we do can be recovered and recycled.”
Prior to installing the HP Latex 800W OPG was not capable of work such as a blockout, double-sided print – but now this is something it can deliver with the new machine.

ehicle branding specialist, The Vinyl Guys, has recently used Drytac Polar Premium Air and Weathershield Matte to create a wrap effect for a horsebox.
The Vinyl Guys transformed the look of a horsebox, giving it a new lease on life, by using the printable self-adhesive vinyl from Drytac and a Roland VG2-640 eco-solvent printer/ cutter to print all graphics in-house. Owner, Alex Liggett said: “I knew that while Polar Premium Air wasn’t a

high tack material, it was quite ‘grabby’ compared to some others, and would be a suitable material for the project, I carried out some patch testing on the worst of the areas of the van, did a visual proof of the customer’s design along with a small test print to colour match, and the customer was over the moon with the plan!”
The final design features the outline of a horse against the background of a Union Jack flag on the three main sides of the box.
