FaberExposize UK prints Rob Burrow’s memorial banners for Challenge Cup Final

eeds-based wide format printer, FaberExposize UK, printed two
commemorative crowd banners for the Challenge Cup Final held at Wembley Stadium on Saturday, June 8.
The banners were created in honour of Leeds Rhinos legend and patron of the MND Association, Robert Burrow CBE, who passed away from Motor Neurone Disease on Sunday, June 2. The banners, each measuring at 35mx20m, were a focal point during the final paying tribute to Mr Burrow’s indomitable spirit.

expressed the company’s pride in being selected for such a meaningful project. He said: “As a Leeds based business, it was an honour for FaberExposize UK to be asked to print these memorial banners for Rob Burrow, a true Leeds legend.
“We are proud to have played a part in celebrating his legacy at such a prestigious event.”
In addition to producing the
commemorative banners, FaberExposize UK made a contribution to the MND Association. This donation is in support of the fight against MND, a cause championed by Rob Burrow following his diagnosis.

A&M Graphics adds flair to widescale interior graphics project with Drytac Polar Chrome

ew York graphics installation company, A&M Graphics, has used Drytac Polar Chrome silver satin reflective PET film to create a range of interior graphics for customer Pall Corporation as part of a widescale multimedia project.
When approcahed for the project, A&M Graphics recognised the importance of delivering high-quality, high-impact applications. While still a relatively new user of Drytac materials, A&M Graphics opted for Drytac Polar Chrome, ensuring the graphics met the brief of creating a

memorable and immersive experience. Matthew Ferguson, A&M Graphics president, said: “We chose Drytac Polar. Chrome to add the flair to this project; we desired to really make it stand out
and be something truly unique. “We printed several different styles of graphic on Drytac Polar Chrome using our Mimaki CJV330 and then mounted it to different substrates such as PVC and acrylic of different thicknesses. This was then laser-cut into hexagons, letters and logos before being applied. “The client was floored by the end result.”
Such was the success of the project that Mr Ferguson said Pall Corporation has since been in contact to discuss A&M Graphics producing similar pieces for the company at other locations.
Kyocera launches TRUE BLUE TEXTILE project
yrocera has launched its TRUE BLUE TEXTILE project to promote the new Wear to Save Water fashion concept. Endorsed by Japanese apparel designer, Kunihiko Morinaga of ANREALAGE, the project was launched to promote consumer awareness of environmental issues and featured textile design exhibits by ANREALAGE and Vantan Design Institute. The exhibits took place from Friday, March 22 to Sunday, March 24 to coincide with World Water Day 2024.

Kyocera’s FOREARTH water free concept digital inkjet printer with patterns based on the Niyodo River in Kochi Prefecture.
