Family run Brunel Engraving celebrates 35 years of success

levedon-based Brunel Engraving is celebrating 35 years of growth and
innovation.
Starting out underneath the local cinema, the business now employs over 35 members of staff from the local area and operates from two premises with a combined working area of 9,000sq ft. The company’s three distinct arms comprise Brunel Engraving Company for medical, hospitality and corporate sector clients, Brunel Trophies for corporate trophies and awards, and Brunel Industrial Engraving, which serves clients in aerospace, telecommunications, renewable energy, and more. he Adapt Academy has announced the dates for its new upcoming 3M vehicle wrap training courses. Based at the Adapt Training Academy, Nottingham, its courses offer the opportunity to get hands on with 3M products and learn from industry trainers. The courses will be located in the academy’s new, state-of-the-art training facility.
The courses will cover preparation, the dos and don’ts of vehicle wrapping and the technology behind 3M’s materials.

• September 3 to 4. • November 7 to 8.
The training programs are designed for all levels, from beginner to seasoned professionals, with the courses catering to all skill levels.
All participants will receive a free Adapt branded goodie bag and initial tools to start.
At the end of the course delegates will receive a certificate of completion
Second life for Antalis exhibition stand A
ntalis has donated part of its 2023 Responsible Packaging Expo stand to Maplewell Hall School in Woodhouse Eaves, Leicestershire, which specialises in preparing SEN students for adulthood.
Following its delivery, the reassembly of the stall formed part of a problem- solving exercise for students. Now fully reassembled, it is being used by students as part of their young enterprise studies in which they are learning how to set up and run a business, as well

as allowing them to visualise a physical store and house their crafts, designs and business ideas.
Marketing executive at Antalis, Liz Fletcher, said: “We design our exhibition stands to be as sustainable as possible, which includes finding opportunities to reuse them once their life as an exhibition stand ends.
“We are delighted that our market stall has been put to such good use thanks to Coalville CAN and the students at Maplewell Hall School.”
