Synthesis Alloy 2.0 is purpose-built for a ride experience designed to boost confidence, extend wheel life, and meet the demands of modern riders and their bikes. With a growing product portfolio, what is crankbrothers’ long-term strategy for dealer support and training? Are there new programs or initiatives to help dealers sell the entire range? AH: As our portfolio expands, our focus is on supporting dealers and riders globally. We deliver a clear product message backed with global service and the tools that dealers need to sell the full range. This is all delivered through; Global service & distributor network - Local distributors like Extra UK, ensure access to product, training, and after-sales support. Within the UK, we further back this with two Retail Specialists, Dean Teifel (South) and Stu Prentice (North), who are on the road, available to visit both existing and new dealers to take them through the range in detail, offer in-store training, merchandising support and dealer events.
