Terms and Conditions: •The promoter of HE Specialist HE Training Incentive (the “Promotion”) is Sony Europe B.V. located at The Heights, Brooklands, Weybridge, Surrey, KT13 0XW (“Sony”). •This Promotion is exclusively available to staff members employed by the dealers authorised to sell Home Entertainment (HE) products under Sony Contracted Distribution agreements. Participants must be full-time or part-time employees of an authorised dealer, actively engaged in the sales or promotion of the Sony Home Entertainment products. •Participants must be over the age of 18 years of age at the time of entry. •This Promotion will start on 1st July 2025 and will continue unless terminated by Sony with a minimum two months’ notice. Notice of termination will be communicated by a post on the Sony Kando Training YouTube Channel. •The prizes will be awarded via a prize draw. To qualify for inclusion in the draw, entrants must achieve a minimum score of 90% on the advertised quarterly product quiz. •The results of the prize draw will be announced on the Sony Kando Training YouTube Channel, [including potential interviews with winners discussing their experiences with Sony products. •Winners will be notified via email within [two weeks] following the prize draw. Winners must respond to the email within [five days] of receiving the email notification. Failure to claim the prize within this period will result in the forfeiture of the prize, and Sony reserves the right to select an alternative winner from the remaining eligible entries. •There are no credits, cash alternatives.
