This store is located in Manchester city centre, where it is situated between The Bridge Tavern and wig shop, Salon Maier. I was looking for a pair of headphones; inside the store I was greeted by Oli, who asked if he could help me. I said that I have a pair of AirPods Pro, but I was looking for a pair of headphones, and Oli said that he had made a similar decision. He said that he had purchased a pair of Bowers & Wilkins headphones (Px7 S2e), which were currently priced at £269, a saving of £110 on the usual selling price. Oli asked me if I’d like to try the headphones, and I accepted his offer. Oli paired the headphones with an iPad, before handing me the tablet and encouraged me to choose some music that I would like to listen to. He encouraged me to see how far I could walk away from the iPad and he said that I could take the headphones onto the street. He finished by mentioning that the price promotion on the headphones would be ending soon.

This family-run business is located around four miles from Manchester city centre, and it has parking right outside the store. . Inside, I was greeted by Johnny, who asked if I needed any help. I explained what I was looking for and Johnny suggested that if I wanted the maximum space available for a fridge and freezer, then I should look at larder products. He went online to show me the products he was suggesting; the Bosch larder fridge (KSV36VWEPG) was priced at £639. Johnny mentioned the handy VitaFresh drawer that lets you easily store vegetables, with the option of adjusting moisture levels. The Bosch larder freezer (GSN36VWEPG) was priced at £639. Johnny said the freezer volume enables you to easily stack food containers and store larger items. He also added that it would take five days for the appliances to be delivered, and said the total cost, including delivery and the changing of the handles, would be £1,400.

Johnny talked about the products well, but he did not attempt to close the sale. The store was well presented and parking outside was a treat and useful for all customers.

This store is located on a busy street in the city, situated between a bar and a sandwich shop. I was about to move my CD collection onto a NAS drive, so I was looking to buy a streamer that could play the music, using speakers that I already owned. Inside the store, I was greeted by Munir, who asked if he could help me. I explained what I was looking for and Munir got to work.
He led me to a display of Naim products
and presented the ND5 XS 2 Network Player, which was priced at £2,499. Munir explained that it uses the latest innovative new streaming platform from Naim with an expanded feature set, making this a versatile player. He added that Naim offers numerous ways to listen to your music with services including Apple AirPlay, TIDAL and Spotify Connect. Munir said that the Naim Streamer app is used to control the system.
Munir then showed me the app on his iPhone, and then selected a track to play from the store’s NAS drive and the music began straightaway. It sounded great.
