ext year marks the 10th anniversary of T21 Training and it’s quite a big deal for us, especially when reflecting on what we’ve achieved, the people we’ve worked with, the

projects we’ve accomplished and the difference we’ve made to everyone who’s invited us into their business to do what we do. We began T21 with the sole aim of providing

a truly independent training force dedicated to the UK’s consumer electronics industry and although we’ve branched out into other industries in recent years, our heart and soul remains firmly rooted in consumer electronics. Everyone who works at T21 has a long-standing history in the CE industry, which means that we know its biggest

issues and challenges, we

know the people and what they face day in day out. We believe that our experience and our passion for this industry enables us to deliver training that actually works.

So what do we do? We help motivate and inspire retail sales staff to find ways in which they can provide their customers with the best shopping experience and sell to them whilst increasing the profitability of their business. You can call it training if you like, but it’s much more than simply learning a process and being able to repeat it. It’s about looking at behaviours, both yours and your customer’s. Often it’s about changing the way you think, the way you approach every sales

conversation. Importantly it’s about giving sales staff the means to discover ways in which they can develop their skills to be better and take responsibility for each and every outcome.

That’s part of it.

The other part is that we work with manufacturers, distributors, and industry associations to help them realise their own special training initiatives and aspirations. And we help business owners find and leverage their competitive advantages and streamline their processes.

E-learning and Konkor. The pandemic forced us to focus primarily on e-learning, and since then we’ve created hundreds of interactive online courses packed with rich media, films, games, rewards and high levels of interactivity for a range of different businesses. Last year, to make e-learning more affordable

and accessible, we launched Konkor, a digital learning platform which quickly enables any business to kick-start programmes.

their own e-learning

Konkor comes in two packages: • ENTERPRISE for UK-only e-learning distribution with plans starting at £300 per month

• GLOBAL, which allows worldwide e-learning delivery with plans starting at £850 per month

Face to face training and blended solutions.

Despite the rising appetite for online courses, we still deliver face-to-face training days for both retailers and manufacturers, helping their teams learn more and learn better in collaborative workshop sessions both on and off the shop floor.

Often we blend both face-to-face and e-learning together to create a truly comprehensive personal development programme that keeps trainees engaged and motivated whilst continuing to develop their skills.

Our mantra is simple: Learn more, learn

better. Always be awesome! If you’d like us to work with you, let’s chat.
