Teaming up with a local garden centre means builders merchant Frank Key can target more easily those landscaping customers who feel out of their comfort zone in a trade environment.
F rank Key Group, an
independent builders merchant group, with its head office in Daybrook, Nottingham, has five branches in Nottinghamshire,
Derbyshire and South Yorkshire. Recognising that not everyone feels comfortable visiting trade orientated locations, and that this is particularly so with a product range like landscaping, where the decision makers are often the end user, an alternative was needed.
To better cater for this group and to
provide a more welcoming and accessible location, the company offers its Patioworld Landscaping Display, based at a local Garden Centre. It features a huge product range of paving, fencing, walling and other landscaping products.
The PatioWorld centre is open seven days a week and features over 5,000sq ft of paving displays, laid by expert landscapers. On the ground are a huge range of products from Frank Key’s principal supply partners Bradstone and Pavestone, allowing the customer to browse the entire product range in situ,
comparing and contrasting them in a variety of weather conditions.
Dedicated Frank Key experts are on hand to help the customer choose, so trade landscapers can send their customers along, knowing that the Patioworld team with then liaise with them, after the customer has made their choice. Alongside the usual displays of paving and fencing, the display offer includes artificial grass and outdoor kitchens, and is supported by the landscaping guide, which includes all our landscaping products held in stock, all retail priced. n
