franchise ownership, not as a risk-driven leap of faith, but as a calculated move towards something more meaningful. Jenni Morgan’s journey as an ActionCOACH franchise partner reflects this shift, shaped by experience, clarity and a deliberate decision to create something of her own.


A career built on breadth and perspective After studying engineering, Jenni chose not to pursue a technical path, instead joining Mars and gaining experience across multiple areas of the business. Over more than a decade, she developed a broad understanding of operations, marketing and leadership within a large corporate environment. “This breadth brought valuable perspective for


me. Coaching across the business became part of how I operated, even though, in some cases, it lacked a formal label,” Jenni explains. A move into consultancy and, later, SME
