hris Neal had a good life: a successful career in investment banking, a home, a family. But something was missing. “I built a career,” he says, “but I wasn't passionate about it.”


That changed in 2018, when the opportunity


arose to leave his role. Rather than move sideways into another corporate position, Chris made the decision that had been quietly forming for years: to build something of his own. “It felt like my 'now or never' moment. I didn't want


to look back with regret. I wanted to build something meaningful,” he says. He spent months researching businesses and


franchise opportunities. Nothing landed. Then his wife asked a simple question: had he looked at homecare? He hadn't. “After about five minutes I was hooked. The penny finally dropped that what
