Part of a growth sector, Match Options seeks to provide a high-quality solution to a gap in the market
M
atch Options is a national employment business and recruitment agency, which has
been successfully supplying the social and healthcare industry with both temporary and permanent staff since 1999. The company has offices in strategic towns in the UK. Due to fast expansion however, there are locations where it has acquired prestigious contracts but it does not have a physical presence. These areas present an opportunity for potential franchisees. Match Options is in ever-growing
demand due to local and national contracts with housing associations, the NHS, local authorities, HM Prison Service and private sector names such as BUPA, Four Seasons Health Care, Priory Healthcare, Lookahead, Shaw Healthcare, HC-One, Royal Mencap and Scope, to name a few. Staff recruitment is one of the fastest-
growing sectors in the UK and over the last 15 years the industry’s turnover has increased from £5billion to a staggering £28billion a year.
"Match Options serves a market that is growing"
As the Match Options name suggests,
its methodology is to ‘match the options’ available to suit both clients and candidates, for both temporary and permanent positions. When starting any business, you need
to be confident that there is a demand for your product or service and that the demand is long term. Match Options serves not only an existing market, but one that is growing. We are facing a ‘demographic time bomb’. Improvements in social conditions, healthier living and huge advances in medical science, while all welcome developments, have resulted in a population living longer than ever

Healthcare Staffing The medical profession faces challenges related to not only the ageing population but also due to a chronic shortage of qualified staff. Failure to attract, recruit and train sufficient staff along with individuals leaving the profession have resulted in this shortfall. As a Match Options franchisee you can operate in both regulated and non-regulated sectors. You can focus on starting as a specialist recruitment agency supplying temporary and permanent staff such as nurses and healthcare assistants to regulated organisations including hospitals and care homes. You can also operate a domiciliary
care business (providing care in the home) regulated by the Care Quality Commission. You will be required to register as a domiciliary care provider with the CQC, and Match Options will work with you on your registration.
