Jeremy spotted a familiar name – ActionCOACH. He spoke with several other franchise partners and met with the UK Support Team, before launching ActionCOACH St. Albans in January 2017. “Right from the start, it was all about helping as
many business owners as possible, so I set myself a target of 20 one-to-one and group coaching clients for year one. I also set myself my own personal goal of creating 1,000 jobs in the area – ActionCOACH focuses heavily on abundance and that’s how I wanted to make my mark. “Not only has ActionCOACH helped me grow my
business, the impact that it’s had on my personal life has been amazing. In my previous career I was working 14-hour days with a gruelling commute, I’m now able to take my children to school and pick them up, four days a week. It’s turned my life around. “Throughout the COVID-19 lockdown, I exceeded
an average monthly income of £30,000. I’m proud that I’m able to support business owners at their time of need and transform their lives too. It’s all driving towards achieving my goal – so far I’ve helped create

As for the future, he says: “The next step will be to bring in three more offi ce staff and an employee coach. This will help me to manage the business from the top, creating a buzzing fi rm with plenty of great clients. Ultimately, I’m preparing for when I take a step back from the business and have it work without me. “The feeling of community and support that I
receive from the whole network is simply staggering. There’s always a positive can-do attitude resonating throughout which is infectious. We all live and breathe the culture of abundance and it shows!” If you want a business that allows you to turn your
