Technology: staff guide app Developed in-house, Bluebird Care has built an industry-first staff guide app. The app provides information that will support the delivery of best practice, which enhances the company’s service delivery capability to customers and supports remote operatives.
Online business growth: microsites Bluebird Care provides its network with over 200 localised-for-SEO microsites and 12 corporate social media channels. Franchisees can manage their own sites, and comprehensive support is offered, allowing franchisees time to focus on their businesses.
