My former life was a Sales Director, I travelled extensively and spent a large amount of time away from home. Owning my own business has allowed me to manage my work schedule and due to the exciting product range my family have been involved in the business, which is blurring the work life balance in a great way! I hope to open another franchise with Award Leisure, I love my job; it’s the most fun I have had at work in the last 20 years!
