Training and support Guinot has developed one of the leading training programmes in the UK and Ireland, training over 3,000 beauty therapists and salon personnel in Guinot treatments and techniques annually. As a franchisee you will receive tailored training from the franchise team that will focus on various aspects of the business, such as building the franchise operation, the basics of running a salon, brand knowledge and marketing, as well as training on the salon management software. Franchisees receive continual first-class support, including regular contact with Guinot Ascot, the pilot franchise salon, which is on hand to give advice to all franchisees. You will also have meetings with your own local business development manager, along with quarterly visits from the franchise development manager.
Marketing support Guinot has a dedicated franchise marketing team, who work with franchisees from the moment they sign the franchise agreement. Once the salon has officially launched, franchisees will receive marketing support
throughout the year, with six weekly franchise-exclusive promotions to implement.
