elvoir was founded by Mike Goddard and his wife, Stephanie, in 1995 in Grantham, following Mike’s long and


successful career in the RAF. He set out to use the values learnt in the RAF to build a foundation of good customer service and professionalism, which the brand is synonymous with to this day. In 1996, Belvoir adopted a franchise model,


and the fi rst franchisee, Andy Campbell, joined the business with his offi ce in Moray, Scotland. In 2012, Belvoir became the fi rst letting


agency to launch on AIM of the London Stock Exchange, something that fi ts well with Belvoir’s masterplan for further expansion of the business. More than 20 years after being established,


the company has successfully acquired three franchise brands and has over 300 offi ces nationwide, over 170 of which bear the Belvoir brand. Each of the 170-plus Belvoir- branded offi ces is run by a local expert who is passionate and enthusiastic about their business, as well as providing excellent customer service. A number of the offi ces have branched out


into sales, with many more coming on board, meaning they can offer their customers an even more thorough level of service. Some


have even been inspired by the acquisitions route to successfully expand using Belvoir’s assisted acquisitions scheme.
