By scanning a QR code, patients were invited to nominate the pharmacy that has supported, guided and cared for them - transforming everyday interactions into powerful testimonials of trust and impact.


At its heart, this award recognises that the true value of community pharmacy lies in relationships. Customer comments speak of pharmacists and teams who listen, reassure, explain and advocate; who provide calm during moments of anxiety and consistency during periods of long-term illness.


These experiences are not always captured in metrics or service data, but they define how pharmacy is felt by the public.

The Customer Award gives these experiences a platform. Patient testimonials form the foundation of each entry, offering authentic insight into how pharmacy teams make a difference in real lives.
