Managing a pharmacy dispensing over 9,600 items per month, including high-risk services, Katy has strengthened patient safety during periods of prescribing and controlled drug governance instability. She has implemented robust reporting systems, expanded vaccination access and delivered Independent Prescribing services to improve continuity of care.
