Enkh-Orchlon Gonchig (Eno) stands out as a finalist for her clinical leadership, innovation and national advocacy for safer prescribing. As an Independent Prescriber, she has redesigned consultation pathways within her busy Ellon pharmacy, integrating structured triage and digital health monitoring to improve efficiency and patient safety. Managing over 30 pre-booked appointments weekly alongside walk-in demand, Eno has strengthened skill mix and protected prescriber capacity. Beyond the pharmacy, she has engaged with MSPs and national pharmacy groups to campaign for improved patient record access, using frontline clinical examples to advocate for a safer, more integrated future for community pharmacy.
