UNPLANNED EMERGENCY EVACUATION (LAND) COMMANDS PILOT COMMANDS TO CABIN CREW


“Brace…Brace…Brace” When landing is imminent, the pilots will give the command to Brace. If the pilots are unable to give a Brace Command, it will be up to the Cabin Crew to recognize the situation and initiate the Brace Commands on their own.

“Stay Seated…Stay Seated” It is important for passengers to remain seated until a usable exit can be assessed and opened. Cabin Crew and Pilots should assess available exits and open them.


Once an evacuation is initiated:
