University-Level Prospectus | ENTRY REQUIREMENTS


ENTRY REQUIREMENTS


To study on most of our university-level programmes you will need the following entry requirements. However, in the case of mature entrants, we may take relevant employment experience into account.


• GCSE English and Maths at grade 4/C or above, or equivalent1


Plus one of the following:


• 56 UCAS tariff points (minimum) from AS, A2 or BTEC programmes, or subject-specific diplomas. Visit www.ucas.com to calculate your points

Appropriate NVQ Level 3 Access to HE


Qualification deemed equivalent to the above


Some programmes also have specific, additional requirements (see full course details online).


HOW DO I APPLY?


If you are applying to Petroc as well as other HE institutions, go to www.ucas.co.uk. You will need the institution code name ‘PETRO’, institution code ‘P51’ and the course code (listed under each course title in this guide).
