PAID CONTENT FOR THE WELL SPA RESORT

The Well Spa Resort OSLO, NORWAY

The Well, the largest spa resort in the Nordics, is located only 15 minutes outside Oslo’s city centre and a short 45-minute drive from Gardermoen international airport. Representing spa traditions from all over

the world, The Well offers a peaceful and serene space to reunite body, soul and spirit. The extensive forest grounds and the facility’s extraordinary architecture, art collection and countless authentic touches invite you to enjoy the tranquillity of The Well. The Well houses a large range of saunas and

steam rooms based on a variety of international sauna practices. When visiting the spa, guests get to explore the sauna traditions of faraway places such as Japan, Russia and the tropics, all utilising different temperatures, levels of humidity and techniques to stimulate the sweat glands. Just as the saunas, the pools vary in

temperature, size and shape, and the experiences all differ from one another. When entering the spa, guests are be met by the Wellness Pool, a large pool centrally located where jet streams,

bubble beds and a counter current can be enjoyed at a comfortable temperature of 32C. On warm sunny days, the outside pool and its

sunbeds are a tempting feature for many guests seeking a relaxing swim surrounded by natural forest. However, the pool can be just as enjoyable as a cooling bath following a sauna session during the winter months. Additionally, there are 11 smaller pools ranging from the golden art deco bath to the traditional Japanese onsen to try. The upscale hotel at The Well opened its

doors for the first time in June 2021, six years after the completion of the spa, but the intention was always there for The Well to be a complete resort. The opportunity for guests to spend one or several nights, with the freedom and flexibility that brings, was always a part of the vision. Ranging from Signature Rooms to the highly

exclusive The Well Suite, all 104 hotel rooms are decorated with carefully selected diversity and an eclectic mix of luxury, comfortable cosiness and Scandinavian ‘hygge’, and gorgeous forest views making each visit a new experience.

Don’t miss With a huge range of luxury spa facilities, The Well has everything it takes for guests to completely unplug from their busy life
