as the mind, and to that end guests can enjoy daily beach trips along the Norfolk coast, where a wild swim or beach run can provide invigorating respite. A sensational seasonal, plant-based menu prepared by the resident chef helps further nourish and heal. All meals are taken together with fellow guests and Heartbreak specialists; there are also mocktails at sunset, mugs of warming cocoa by the fire, and everything in between.
At The Heartbreak Hotel, the boundaries of
the sacred fifty minute session are transcended, and in the process, guests are able to widen the lens and deepen the focus.
