progressive levels: Elementary (A1.1, A1.2, A2), Intermediate (B1.1, B1.2, B2), and Advanced (C1.1, C1.2, C2). These linguistic levels follow the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEF), produced by the Council of Europe. This ensures uniformity and consist- ency of teaching in line with other language institutions in London and across Europe. It’s also possible to attend revision classes,

Stress is a battle we all know too well, and it's something we must continue to fi ght against every day
demands surpass our abilities. The best we can do is develop techniques to overcome stressful situations, and if we can't, learn how to deal with them to ensure they have as little impact on our mental wellbeing as possible. Here are a few techniques that can help deal

with stress: The fi rst step is to identify your stressors, or
triggers, and take a break from them. Whether it’s your job, a relationship, an environment or a situation, taking a step back gives you a new perspective on what makes you feel stressed. You can then take steps to overcome it. The second technique: focus on your strengths.
When you know your strengths, you can deal with your stress more effectively. A strong social support system is also crucial
in overcoming stress. After all, there's only so much you can do alone. Having people you can talk to about what you're going through and having different perspectives on ways to cope with a situation is very helpful. You might, after all, be making a mountain out of an mole hill and with a support system, dealing with a problem becomes much, much easier. In addition to all this, exercising, laughing
and even smiling more have been proven to successfully help in overcoming stress. Better still, it's important to know that whatever you're going through, it's never that serious, and with these techniques, stress has nothing on you.
