Institute for Obesity, a specialist centre for people with weight problems, explains: “CBT is an ideal tool to use in weight management. It’s particularly useful in addressing the under- lying emotional causes for overeating. There’s also evidence that combining CBT with a VLCD increases weight loss.” For almost 30 years LighterLife’s been a
