Beetroot lattes Move over turmeric and matcha, and make way for the beetroot latte. Harvey Nichols-stocked Noble has introduced a sweet, earthy and anti- oxidant-packed powder ready for blending with milk or mylk (plant-based milks like coconut or oat). Loaded with pea and rice protein, this mix will create a creamy hot beverage to rival any syrupy-sweet takeaway matcha you could pick up on the high street. madebynoble.earth

Stress-reducing plants Adaptogens are natural plant ingredients that decrease the body’s cellular sensitivity to stress by bringing it into homeostasis. They’re a serious superfood, but often come with an unpleasant taste. Rebekah Hall at Botanic Lab has created a range of pre-mixed, healthy and delicious drinks. Swap your juice for a Yuzu Matcha Plantmilk3 for a well-supported start to the day. botanic-lab.co.uk
