The Ultimate Explorers were treated to a warm welcome from the Atlantis team in Dubai, with an intricate edible welcome awaiting each delegate in their rooms. Street Kitchen for sharing plates of crispy duck salad and lobster tagliolini, before enjoying an afternoon in a private cabana at Aquaventure, the world’s largest waterpark. What was your favourite part of the trip? Arriving at Boulders Beach late in the afternoon when there was so much penguin activity. Another highlight was the sense of achievement after an early- morning hike up Table Mountain with Victoria and Clare.
What was your favourite property? One&Only Cape Town has the best location in one of my favourite cities. Set on the V&A Waterfront, it feels like a resort, but with easy access to everything the city has to offer. After a complete renovation it is looking beautiful, and I adore that the interior furnishings are locally sourced, giving it a real sense of place.
Will you be recommending the brands to your clients moving forward? Most definitely. I already sell One&Only but having now experienced Atlantis and seeing how nice, calm and chic the rooms are, I will definitely be more confident about selling the property.
