When the pandemic hit, the Connections model adapted and evolved to ensure it catered to its membership’s needs. Set up as an events-based business a decade ago, Connections’ ability to host face-to- face events came to a grinding halt when Covid-19 struck. But rather than sit still and wait for things to improve, the team pivoted to bolster an ever-growing online community for luxury suppliers and agents
with countless virtual social events and networking opportunities. The membership thrived and as a result the brand is seeing more engagement than ever before. Greg Reeves, who took over as managing
director of Connections in 2021, said this increase in engagement was due to his team’s commitment to helping and assisting partners in any way possible. “Knowing that cashflow was difficult for our partners (at the height of
