BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
OR TRAINEE FIELD SALES ACCOUNT MANAGER East & West Sussex, Kent, Hants and Channel Islands
Due to the recent acquisition of The 1810 Company by SCHOCK GmbH, we are looking to recruit from the best in the industry. This we feel is refl ected in the substantial salary and the importance that we see in the above sales position. You will be responsible for a well-established area already selling 1810 sinks and taps and will be tasked with selling SCHOCK branded products into the kitchen specialist and fabricator market.
The successful candidate will be a highly experienced and capable sales professional with a proven track record in the kitchen industry. You will service existing customers to maximise sales in addition to targeting and establishing new customers. A professional approach is vital together with the ability to develop relationships.
PACKAGE
Basic 55K per annum with performance-based bonus OTE 75k Quality company car Private health scheme 25 days holiday per year
Whilst we are primarily looking to appoint an experienced sales professional for this position, we would welcome applications from less experienced candidates who would be interested in joining our 3-year training programme to become a Business Development Manager. This training period could be reduced to 2-years depending on performance. Remuneration is dependent on experience and will be discussed at interview.
