Q: What does the Bertazzoni proposition offer independent UK retailers that other brands don’t? A: As well as our 140th anniversary, this year also marks our fifth since the brand launched in the UK and Ireland. There was a clear gap in the UK market for Bertazzoni and the brand has gone from strength-to-strength since its introduction here in 2017. People
and relationships have
been – and always will be – central to our global business and our UK operation is no different. We have listened to our retail partners and consumers and, have not only developed our iconic range cooker

2000 The company introduces the ‘Toyota system’ for
manufacturing which improves speed and efficiency. The brand
Italy’s Emilia Romagna region – home to Bertazzoni for 140 years
offering, but expanded into other product categories to offer a full kitchen solution.
This is all backed up by a consistent brand and commercial policy, direct assistance from a UK division – with support from our Italian HQ, marketing collateral and sales. We
also have a robust
stockholding and availability of product in the UK, which is, of course, a particularly strong message in today’s market.
Q: What are you looking to achieve with the brand, both in the UK market and globally? A: Our aim is simple – for our appliances to be in the most beautiful kitchens in the world. We already export to 60 countries and have a tremendous reputation thanks to our heritage, brand consistency and the continued evolution of our product portfolio. We will continue to focus on growing brand awareness in the UK and to strive to be the brand of
