Bathrooms by Design | RETAILER CASE STUDY THE PROPERTY

The shower glass was carefully

measured up against the sloped walls

A 1960s detached bungalow and the en-suite bathroom was to be part of a loft conversion project. The bathroom is very spacious, but has sloped ceilings with restricted head height in parts of the room.

THE CLIENTS

A family with two young children and two dogs. This was the first time that they had undertaken a project like this, so they understood the importance of dealing with a specialist retailer and designer to make their dream bathroom a reality.

THE BRIEF

The clients needed to design an en-suite bathroom as part of their loft conversion project. They were keen to

create a

minimalist, spa-like bathroom that would be easy to keep clean and some storage had to be included. To give the room a relaxing feel, they wanted a neutral colour scheme, but with a few stylish features to keep the overall design interesting. They originally wanted a steam shower room, but their designer showed them this design with a walk-in shower and freestanding bath as an alternative, and the clients fell in love with it.
