REGINOX JOE ARNOLD
Sinks, taps and accessories manufacturer Reginox UK, has appointed Joe Arnold as its new Area Sales Manager for the South West. Arnold has previously worked for Uform, TKC and Sensio Lighting, and says he is ready to “hit the ground running” in his new role. Reginox believes Arnold will bring a wealth of in-depth knowledge of the KBB industry to the position. Dave Mayer, commercial director of Reginox UK, commented: “I am delighted that Joe has agreed to join the Reginox team and we are excited about the potential his appointment creates for us as we look forward to making 2024 another successful year for the business.”

CYNCLY WERONIKA NIEMCZYK-SAVAGE
Software and content solutions provider Cyncly, has appointed Weronika Niemczyk-Savage as its new chief people and culture officer. Niemczyk-Savage plans to acquire, develop, and retain top talent to enable sustained growth for the company. With over 15 years of experience in human resources, Cyncly says Niemczyk-Savage has a strong track record of driving

organisational transformation, talent management, and positive employee experience. “I am excited to be part of Cyncly,” she comments. “I am joining the company with full confidence in the potential of its people to achieve Cyncly’s ambitions and aspirations.”
British kitchen manufacturer Omega has made changes to its leadership board, promoting Neil Cooke to the role of manufacturing director. With a wealth of experience in kitchen manufacturing, production, and operations gained as a business unit manager at Howdens, Cooke was appointed to be Omega’s head of manufacturing in June 2020, as the company looked to support its growth plans. Omega says that in the time since, Cooke has worked closely with the brand’s operations director, Alastair England to successfully improve on the brand’s capability, capacity and efficiency of production.
VITRA RUTH DAVIES
Bathroom manufacturer VitrA has expanded its UK and Ireland team with the appointment of new senior marketing manager, Ruth Davies. Bringing marketing strategy, leadership and brand development experience to her new role, Davies joins VitrA with over 20 years of multi-sector marketing knowledge. Most recently, she held the position of lead strategist at marketing consultancy Perfectly Picked, and has also led strategic initiatives for several major brands, such as Electrolux. In her new role at VitrA, Davies will oversee the strategic development of the company’s marketing, hoping to drive growth and develop customer relationships.

WRAS JAMIE LYNCH
The Water Regulation Approval Scheme (WRAS) has found a new business development manager. Jamie Lynch has over 12 years of experience in the water industry, having previously worked in various roles at Bristan Group. He started as a mechanical engineer back in 2011, eventually working his way up to the position of product compliance and data manager. WRAS says that Lynch’s priority will be communicating planned updates to the scheme’s approval submission processes, which are set to launch this year. Lynch commented: “Having known WRAS as a customer for many years, I’m excited to join the team to make meaningful changes”.
KUDOS TONY RUSS
Cumbria-based Kudos Shower Products has appointed Tony Russ to the role of national sales manager. Russ has extensive experience in the KBB sector, having most recently served as contracts account manager for Electrolux. In addition, he has also held sales positions at both Grohe and Faucets Ltd. His appointment will see him heading up a new team of area sales managers who will work to support showrooms and contractors. “We have lots of new products lined up over the coming months to deliver into the UK market and that will require the
