today is the ability of people to frame the question in the right way – not as if they had a human in front of them – and understanding how the technology really works. People also need detailed
knowledge about what they are doing to question the results and making sure the technology is trustworthy and correct.
The type of information
people are asking is getting more and more precise and detailed. People don’t rely on marketing claims, they want to see more clinical trial results, they want to have traceability. We get more questions about SCA and PCF.
