Procedure: Pre-blend Activsoft C-17 in glycerin until smooth uniform paste is formed. Slowly add pre-blend to water in main vessel with moderate agitation, mix until fully dispersed. Add trace amount of citric acid (50% w/w) to swell guar (A). Add ingredients in phase B to main vessel and heat to 70-75°C mix until uniform (B). Add ingredients in phase C and mix until fully melted and uniform, start to cool to 50°C maintain temperature at 50°C for 2 hours to allow crystal growth and give pearlised effect (C). Remove from the heat then add sequentially ingredients in phase (D). When below 40°C add Extrapone Silk GW N and mix until uniform (E). Add fragrance and mix until fully emulsified (F). Add preservatives in (G) and mix until uniform and clear. Adjust formulation pH to 5.3-6.0 with 50% w/w citric acid solution (H). Add 0.2%w/w aliquots of sodium chloride until required viscosity reached (I). Properties: Appearance: White pearly viscous liquid; pH: 5.30-6.00; Viscosity: 6,000 -10,000 cP Brookfield RV, #4, 20°C, 20rpm; Stability: 12 weeks, 45°C, 20°C, 5°C, and 3F/T Cycles

Procedure: Prepare Phase A by heating water to 70°C and adding pre-dispersed Carbopol Ultrez 21 in Neutral Oil. Homogenize Phase A for 15 minutes. Add Simulgel to Phase B. Predisperse Hyaluronic Acid and Hyaluronic Acid Na-Salt in Propanediol. Predisperse Oligohyaferre in Dermosoft OMP. Add both predispersions under stirring to Phase A. Finally, add Squalane under stirring and homogenize for 10 min. Cool down Phase AB to 40°C. Add components of Phase C and homogenize for 5 min at max. shear rate. Cool down to room temperature and adjust pH to 6,0 under addition of D. Properties: Appearance: slightly yellowish-greenish gel emulsion; pH (20°C): 6,0; Viscosity (Brookfield, Spindle 5, 10 rpm): 18000 mPas

Procedure: In the main vessel, add phase A ingredients and heat up to 75-80°C while mixing. In another container, premix phase B. Then, add phase B into phase 1 and mix until uniform. Ensure that the temperature is at 75-80°C. In B annex containers, weigh separately phase C and phase D and heat up to 75-80°C while mixing. When both phases reach 75-80°C, add phase C and D into phase E and maintain temperature at 75-80°C. When both phases are at 80°C, add oil phase into the water phase and mix with high shear mixing for 3min (Silverson). Then, switch to propeller mixer and start cooling batch down with gentle sheer mixing (300 rpm). At 30°C, add phases F to L ingredients one at a time and mix until uniform. Adjust pH to 5.5 - 6.0
