Procedure: Combine Phase A ingredients and heat to 85-90°C. Combine Phase B ingredients and heat to 85-90 °C. Once both Phases are at temperature, add Phase B to Phase A and increase mixing speed. Continue to mix while cooling to 84°C. Pour into containers. Properties: Stability Information: Three months at 50 °C, three months at room temperature, three freeze/thaw cycles.

Procedure: Phase A: Mix the raw materials. Phase B: Add water to phase A and stir to dissolve everything until clear. Then add the other raw materials and continue stirring. Phase C: Combine the raw materials in a separate beaker and stir. Phase C is now slowly added to phase AB and stirred at 1500 rpm for 20 minutes. Then add phase D and stirr again. Procedure: Mix Phase A ingredients. Heat up to 80°C with gentle agitation. At 80°C, stir until homogeneous (approx 10 min). When homogeneous, start cooling down. At 60°C, add Phase B. Stir until there is no lumps. Add Phase C ingredients, one by one, with stirring. Allow enough time of stirring between each addition. Make sure there is no lumps. At 60°C, add Phase D ingredient and stir until homogeneous. Cool down to 60°C. Pour at 60°C. Properties: pH: 0.0 0.0
