Procedure: Phase A: Place under stirring until homogeneous. Phase B: Pre-mix then add it to phase A and stir for 15 minutes until homogeneous. Phase C: Add it to phase AB and homogenize. Phase D : Add it to phase ABC and homogenize for 5 minutes under strong stirring. Phase E: Pre-mix then add it to phase ABCD and homogenize. Phase F: Pre-mix then add it to phase ABCDE and homogenize. Phase G: Stir until dissolved then add it to phase ABCDEF and homogenize. Adjust pH to 5,5-6,5.

Procedure: Add Phase A to the main vessel, start center-stir (prop) mixing and heat to 90 - 100°C. Add Phase B to Phase A and mix until uniform and clear, ensuring that phase B is totally dissolved. Start cooling with mixing until 75°C. Stop mixing and pour into containers. Properties: Stability: Three months at 45 °C, three months at room temperature, three freeze/thaw cycles.
