Jenny Hedges, Head of Regulatory Compliance, SMP Partners
Jenny is Manager of Regulatory Compliance and is MLRO & DMLRO on a number of Isle of Man licensed gaming companies. Jenny has a detailed understanding of the regulations, AML, fraud and risk parameters for eGaming businesses across multiple jurisdictions. Jenny joined SMP Partners in 2008 and has also provided compliance administration, monitoring and frameworks for other areas of the business. Jenny also became a member of the International Compliance Association in 2014 having completed the International Diploma in Anti-Money Laundering.

Luke joined SMP in 2013 and is a portfolio manager to a number of internationally licensed gaming operators worldwide. Luke’s primary role within the portfolio team is to provide regulatory compliance advice in respect of UK, Isle of Man, and Irish gambling legislation. During his time at SMP, Luke has also assisted in various licence applications for tier one bookmakers within the UK as well as providing project management to a number of different key projects at SMP. Luke’s current role now includes managing SMP’s gaming operations and live operators who are based in various jurisdictions.

What services do you offer eGaming companies to meet compliance and regulatory obligations?
